- Job application data: we retain your CV and contact details for up to 12 months from the date of your application, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or you have given us permission to retain it for longer for future opportunities.
- Partnership enquiry data: we retain your details for up to 24 months from the date of your enquiry, or until you ask us to delete them. Where a partnership agreement is entered into, we retain relevant data for the duration of the relationship and for 6 years thereafter in line with our contractual record-keeping obligations.
- Analytics data: retained in line with the default settings of the analytics tools we use, typically no longer than 26 months.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We may share your data with:
- Internal team members Your data is accessible to members of our team who are directly involved in assessing your application or partnership enquiry. Access is limited to those with a legitimate need to review it.
- CRM platform - Monday.com We use Monday.com as our customer relationship management platform to store and manage applicant and partner enquiry data. Monday.com acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes your data only in accordance with our instructions. - Website and hosting service providers Third-party providers who help us operate and host our website may have incidental access to personal data as part of providing their services. They are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.
- Regulatory authorities or law enforcement We may disclose your data where we are legally required to do so, for example in response to a court order or regulatory request.
