Introduction to sales
My first introduction to sales started as a door to door Wi-Fi broker. This was far from being a white collar job but it was the environment where performance mattered more than background, age, or credentials. Results were the only thing that mattered.
First lessons
We all heard the phrase “naturally good”. And yes, I’ve worked with some really gifted people, but I remain a strong believer that behind every great executor there’s a great system that’s applied, sometimes in an unconscious way. Since my first months, I took a note of everything that was working for me and for the best people in the industry to bring them together as a system.
Why Centurion was built
The idea behind it all was to combine the best systems with the best people and give an equal opportunity for anyone to succeed. We want to rebuild the sales sector by rewarding raw talent with high value equity and continue building systems that will fuel our team’s growth.
Vision
We are driven to create a step by step blueprint enabled on our platforms that will promote more sales executives who would drive the European expansion.

The Start
My first introduction to sales happened just after graduating in 2023. Like a lot of students, I finished university without a clear direction and knew I didn’t want the standard corporate path. Ilya, who I’d known since school, was already performing well in sales, and I saw an opportunity to step into something performance-driven. That’s when I joined him selling Wi-Fi door to door.
The Shift
It didn’t take long to realise we were approaching a ceiling. We were consistently top performers, but the upside was limited. Moving into B2B was the natural next step — bigger deals, recurring income, and the opportunity to help build something much bigger than ourselves — an environment where high performers could genuinely scale.
The Grind
The beginning was brutal. It took me nearly two months to close my first deal, and for a while nothing seemed to work. I struggled with objections, building rapport, and adapting from B2C to business owners. It hit my confidence hard. But that period forced me to improve fast. I learned how to slow conversations down, understand people properly, and stay consistent even when results weren’t immediate. Once the first deal landed, everything changed — the confidence came back, and momentum started building.
The Lifestyle
For me, it’s always been about the lifestyle. I’ve never tried to hide what drives me, the best restaurants, exclusive travel destinations, and the kind of experiences most people only talk about.
But more than that, it’s about freedom — the ability to choose how you live, where you go, and who you share those moments with.
That’s the real return on hard work. Not just money, but the ability to create a life on your own terms and actually enjoy it.
Seeing that become a reality, not just an idea, is what keeps me pushing for more every single day.
The Mindset
The hardest part is surviving long enough for the work to compound. I didn’t make a single pound during my first two months and seriously considered quitting more than once. But success in this industry isn’t about talent — it’s about consistency. Show up every day, improve bit by bit, and stay in the game long enough to win. Once it clicks, every difficult moment feels worth it.
The Message
If you can push through the uncomfortable phase at the start, this opportunity can completely change your life. The people who succeed here aren’t always the most talented — they’re the ones who stay consistent when things get difficult.
Bring ambition, discipline, and a strong work ethic, and the upside will surprise you.

The Start
Since childhood I couldn’t imagine myself being anyone but a professional football player. I was called to the U-16 Ukrainian National Team and even made a debut in Ukrainian League 2. My career was finished due to a knee injury and I’ve continued my journey as a football agent.
The Shift
I joined Centurion because I wanted to be in a performance driven environment. I liked the idea that if I worked harder, learned faster, and stayed consistent, I could actually see that reflected in my performance, growth and compensation. Team culture played an important part for me, the fact that we always stand by each other, celebrating wins and helping each other during losses is something unique.
The Grind
What I struggled with most was mentality. Rejection, lost deals, pressure — if you let it affect you emotionally, it destroys your performance. I learned to focus only on what I could control and improve. Another big shift was learning how to close with confidence. Early on, I’d overcomplicate conversations and lose momentum at the key moment. Once I simplified my approach — focusing on the problem, the outcome, and the next step — everything changed. My confidence grew, and so did my results.=
The Lifestyle
I’m a big fan of experiences — my interests range from piloting planes and taking on Ironman challenges to travelling the world. You’ll often find me at Third Space classes; after all, it’s every respectable man’s duty to join his girlfriend for a Pilates session.
The Mindset
For me sales isn’t just about hitting targets, it’s about understanding people. You learn how to listen, how to solve real problems, and how to build trust quickly. Those are skills that go way beyond the job and help you in everyday life.
The Message
At the beginning, it can feel uncomfortable due to rejection, pressure, all of that is real. But that’s also where the growth happens. If you stick with it, you become more confident, more resilient, and much sharper in how you communicate and present yourself.

The Start
Before my enrollment to Westminster University, I was studying Computer Science back in Poland. I always had a drive to learn how to effectively communicate so the choice for BA was Law LLB. During my time at Westminster I won multiple academic awards and was offered a position at Magic Circle firm, which as you can guess I’ve declined.
The Shift
Not gonna lie, I’ve joined Centurion because of Ilya’s vision. I bought into the idea of building something unorthodox and challenging the stigma around most of the sales jobs. Our path to equity only proves that we are all partners in this business and we have full leverage to impact its growth.
The Grind
During early days we didn't have any of the systems that you guys will have, it was all built from scratch and all our first customers were cold-called in a very raw way. I’ve struggled to stay logical and apply the law of average, especially when you’re on your 60th call and no meetings have been booked.
I gained my momentum in Week 4 when I’ve managed to secure a deal with 5 venue chain restaurants. Since those days I found my niche in lending products and successfully loaned over £5 million in 2025.
The Lifestyle
The best way to describe me is a family guy. We’ve been together with my girlfriend since school and nothing makes me happier than creating memories together. Whether it's travelling to the Amalfi Coast or exploring London’s best restaurants, we value all these moments.
The Mindset
I’ve always taken a rational approach to my career. To me, the traditional corporate ladder is a 15-year climb for relatively average results. I wanted to stay in control of my future and be in an environment where my growth, income, and opportunities directly reflect my performance.
The Message
This isn’t the right environment for someone who doesn’t want to fight for his/her success. You’ll be challenged, you’ll have the days when you want to quit, you’ll make mistakes … but … if you persevere you’ll start to like the challenge, you’ll have big wins, your mentality will shift and you’d almost feel like a new 2.0 version.
